HiFi Collective Wins Homes Within Reach Transforming Communities Award

HiFi Collective has won the 2023 SCANPH Transformative Communities Award!

The Homes Within Reach Awards are part of Southern California Association of Non-Profit Housing’s (SCANPH) annual Conference and reflects their efforts to recognize and honor excellence in the affordable housing industry.

This year, HiFi Collective and Linc Housing won the Transformative Communities award! The celebration was held on September 28, 2023 at Terasaki Budokan, a community project of Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC), a SCANPH member nonprofit developer.

Selections were submitted by SCANPH members and chosen by an independent and impartial jury of professionals from throughout SCANPH's regional footprint. The selection process of finalists and winners is not an easy task, but every year a committee of dedicated volunteers comes together to take the time to carefully evaluate the submissions.

The mission of SCANPH is to facilitate development of affordable homes across southern California by advancing effective public policies, sustainable financial resources, strong member organizations, and beneficial partnerships. SIPA is proud to be acknowledged and celebrated in these spaces, and hopes to inspire other communities!
