HiFi Wellbeing Center Celebrates One Year
We can’t believe it’s already been one year since we opened the HiFi Wellbeing Center at Lucena on Court, a space specifically for our health and wellness programs. One of our goals at the HiFi Wellbeing Center is to reduce health disparities and provide vital health resources to the neighborhood, and since March of 2024, our team has served over 400 people, and hosted around 80 free events and programs.

“It’s been such an honor to hold space with SIPA at the HiFi Well-Being Center this past year. Facilitating DIWA Soundscape has allowed me to witness the powerful ways our community is reconnecting to themselves and each other through rest and intentional healing. Over time, I’ve seen a beautiful shift—attendees are becoming more aware of their own capacity to heal, not just for themselves, but for their families and future generations.
This center has become a nurturing space for community healing and cultural remembrance. Being part of this activation has reminded me how essential it is to create consistent, culturally rooted practices that support our growth and liberation. I’m so grateful to walk alongside SIPA and our community on this journey.”
With our holistic approach, community members have participated in sound baths, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and indigenous practices, led by our wellness practitioners who are trauma-informed and mental health professionals.
