After School & Youth Program

SIPA’s Youth and After School Programs are out-of-school events that enrich youth to be better leaders for their community. The after school program includes homework assistance, tutoring, recreation, arts and craft and cultural education.

After School Program

SIPA conducts an after school program at its housing development, El Centro Loretto Apartments. This is an invaluable program that provides a safe environment for youth to stay while their parents are at work. The after school program includes homework assistance, tutoring, recreation, arts and craft and cultural education. The program also conducts workshops for the parents that include parenting, home ownership, health and wellness, financial literacy and small business development.

Filipino Summer Program

SIPA’s Filipino Summer Program runs during the summer season, and is a day-camp that enriches, engages, and educates youth about the Filipino culture. The Filipino Summer Program teaches youth about the beauty and significance of the Filipino and Filipino-American culture. Each day of this summer camp, youth learn about different aspects of the Filipino culture.
