Kimmy is newly appointed to this leadership role. She oversees the administration, programs and strategic plan of SIPA.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Hannah manages the day-to-day affairs of the SIPA team. She has an extensive background in non-profit work spanning years.
SENIOR PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Jeff oversees the strategy, implementation, and quality of SIPA’s program areas and management of Program managers.
CLINICAL PROGRAM MANAGER
Eddy M. Gana Jr., LCSW runs the Mental Health Outreach Program and provides direct services to youth and families.
CED PROGRAM MANAGER
As the Community Economic Development manager, Dave is responsible for handling SIPA’s real estate portfolio.
YOUTH PROGRAM MANAGER
Maria oversees Youth Programs at SIPA. These programs develop youth leaders by engaging them in Pilipino culture and empowering them to be proud of their community and identity.
MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR
Eric provides mental health counseling services, assessments, crisis intervention, and case management to individuals and groups.
Shane provides mental health services, case management, and translation advocacies to youth and families.
Madeline manages the online presence of SIPA while also connecting the community to upcoming events hosted by our organization.
Jamie oversees COVID-19 related issues, volunteers, and community events.

Bea implements afterschool programming and plans cultural events to engage our youth and communities.

Kevin helps empower youth towards positive behaviors, relationships, and futures through career development and health and wellness programming.
